The Swift Current Comp. Junior Colts Red won all three games to claim gold at their home tournament over the weekend. The Junior Colts opened the tournament with a 72-61 win over the Regina Christian Grizzlies. They trailed after one quarter, but scored 20 points in the second frame to lead 35-31 at halftime.

The Swift Current Comp. Senior Ardens basketball team continued their dominant league form with a 106-52 win over Lumsden on Tuesday. Sarah Neustaeter led the host Ardens with 25 points, followed by 24 points from Danica Jackson. Keira Winquist led Lumsden with 22 points in a losing cause.
