Swift Current’s Callie Wall won silver at the Tony Cote Summer Games this summer.
Wall was a member of the U13 File Hills Qu-Appelle Softball team. They lost the final 5-3 in extra innings to the SET after wining their first four games of the tournament.
They defeated Woodland 8-5 on July 29. The next day, they won 8-0 over STC and 8-7 over TATC. They added a 15-1 win over PAGC on July 31 to advance to the final.
The Tony Cote Summer Games were held on July 26-31, hosted by the Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs.
