The 2019 LC Prairie Championships and Western Canada Games Trials took place the following weekend in Regina. This was a very exciting weekend for everyone in attendance because the top athletes at the meet would get the chance to swim for Team Saskatchewan this summer at the Western Canada Games in Swift Current. Eight Barracudas swimmers had 47 swims and out of those there were 29 best times, including two silver medals and one bronze.
No Barracudas were able to qualify for the Western Canada Games, but they will have a second opportunity to qualify at the ManSask Championships in July.
