The Swift Current Diamond Energy Wildcats kept their season alive with a 3-1 road win over the Regina Rebels Saturday.
Taylor Lind scored twice during a three-point outing as the Wildcats fired 41 shots on goal to trim the deficit to two games to one in the best-of-five Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League quarter-final playoff series.
Sara Kendall added a goal and an assist, while Trista Labarowski and Baylee Kirwan added assists. Amaya Giraudier earned the win with 19 saves on 20 shots.
Lauren Focht replied for the Rebels, while Chantel Weller took the loss despite making 36 saves.
Game four will be Monday at 7:45 p.m. at Fairview West Arena in Swift Current.
