Three Swift Current United Soccer Club teams took part in the 2025 Lethbridge FC Chinook Cup over the May long weekend.
The U11 United Girls won all three matches to bring home gold from Lethbridge. They won their opening match 7-4 over Montana’s Glacier Surf on Saturday morning.
Sunday, they topped their group with a 4-3 win over Lethbridge FC in the morning. They clinched gold with a 5-2 win over Montana’s Glacier Surf Blue in the afternoon.
The U11 United Boys finished with a 2-2 record in Lethbridge. They opened their account with a 7-2 win over the Airdrie Dynamo on Saturday. They lost their second match 7-2 to Lethbridge FC that afternoon.
The U11 Boys defeated Airdrie again on Sunday morning by a 5-4 final score. They lost 7-2 to Lethbridge again to conclude the weekend.
The United U10 Girls finished with three losses over the weekend. They lost their opener 6-1 to Lethbridge FC White. They dropped their second match 5-0 to Lethbridge FC Blue. Sunday, they lost a morning match 5-0 to the Glacier Surf.
