Gross headed to CJHL Prospects Game

Swift Current’s Mac Gross will suit up with the top draft eligible Junior A prospects in the country.

The Kindersley Klippers defenseman was named to the roster for the 15th annual Canadian Junior Hockey League Prospects Game in Hamilton, ON on January 14, 2020.

Gross, 17, has one goal, nine assists, and 22 penalty minutes in 36 games with the Klippers. Kindersley is third in the Global Ag Risk Solutions Division with a 14-16-5-1 record.

The 6’2” blue liner played the last two seasons with the Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League. He was a third round draft pick of the Western Hockey League’s Spokane Chiefs in 2017.
