Four Swift Current United Soccer Club teams attended the FC Regina Cup over the weekend.
The U11 Boys outscored their opponents 17-3 over four games to win gold in Regina.
They opened the tournament with a 5-1 win over FCR Valour on Friday. Saturday, they added a 6-1 win over FCR Newcastle. They followed up with a 3-0 win over FCR Newcastle on Sunday. They concluded the tournament with a 3-1 win over FCR Real Madrid.
The U15 Boys finished with a 2-1 record in Regina. They opened the tournament on Friday with a 5-1 win over the FCR Royals and a 6-1 win over the FCR Chargers. Saturday they lost 5-1 to the FCR Chargers.
The U11 United Girls lost all three games in Regina. They dropped their opener 5-2 to the FCR Dragons on Friday. Saturday, the U11 United Girls lost 4-2 to the FCR Dominators and 4-1 to FCR Galaxy.
The U9 Boys were also in action, but no scores are kept at that age level.
