The Swift Current Comp. Senior Ardens volleyball team placed third at Regionals on Saturday to earn a spot at the 5A Girls Provincial Championships.
The Ardens played Moose Jaw Peacock on Friday night, winning 25-16 and 25-12.
They played Balgonie in the first game Saturday and lost 25-27 and 19-25. Next, they played Yorkton and won 25-16 and 25-11 to place second in the round robin.
The Arden then played Estevan and won in two straight in the quarter finals. The girls moved on to play Weyburn in the semis, losing two straight to the Eagles, who finished first in Regionals.
The Ardens fought their way to a bronze finish with 25-15 and 25-9 victories over AE Peacock.

The Ardens will be in Saskatoon for the SHSAA 5A Provincial Championship on Nov. 16-17.
