The Swift Current Colts are unbeaten after seven games in the Saskatchewan Female Bantam AA Hockey League. They lead the South Division with a 6-0-1 record with 34 goals for and only 11 against.
The Broncos were in Regina on Wednesday where they defeated the Regina Shamrocks 5-2 after they finished two-for-two on the powerplay.
Brogan Carlson and Tess Bakus each scored twice in the win. Sadie Keller and Ava Geissler each finished with two assists. Teagan Paul also scored, while Jenna Locker picked up a single helper. Annika Kirk earned the win in goal, her league leading sixth victory of the season.
Keller is currently tied for the league led with six assists and is tied for third with 15 points in seven games.
The Bantam Colts will be back at home on Nov. 17 when they host the Regina Renegades at 8 p.m. at Fairview East Arena.
