The Swift Current Diamond Energy Wildcats will be returning to the scene of their greatest triumphs next month.
The female midget AAA hockey club has been invited to attend the 15-team 2017-18 Mac’s World Invitational Tournament in Calgary on December 26 – January 1.
The Wildcats, led by coach Terry Pavely, won the prestigious tournament in 2007 and 2008.
The Wildcats are currently third in the Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League with a 6-6-0-2 record.
The Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaire will also be making their return to the Mac’s Tournament this season.
