On behalf of the Swift Current Broncos I would like to thank the residents of the Southwest for their support of the team this season, especially in the last month where we have seen a significant increase in the attendance and renewed excitement in the rink. The atmosphere has been electric as the team pushes to solidify a playoff spot and it’s you, the fans, that have helped create the fun.
In particular, your engagement through Bronco Week last week was noticeable. Our Mayor, Denis Perrault, provided outstanding enthusiasm and leadership in making the week a true celebration of Bronco Hockey! This positive energy spills over to our team as we enter the stretch run into the post-season.
As you know the Broncos are an integral part of the Southwest, providing a sense of civic pride as well as an impact of approximately $7 million to the economy. We are thrilled to have your support as we move forward together to ensure our franchise remains sustainable in this community.
So, once again thank you Bronco Fans and Mayor Denis! It’s been a great year and we hope to see all of you at the rink.
