The O.M. Irwin Ice girls basketball team won the league championship with a 65-37 win over the ECS Stars on March 9.
The girls went undefeated in league play, won the Speedy Creek Hoops Classic tournament in January and only lost one game all season at a grade 9 tournament in Medicine Hat in December.
