Swift Current rink drops two games at Mixed Curling Nationals

The Swift Current rink representing Saskatchewan at the 2022 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship lost a pair of one-point games in Prince Albert on Wednesday.

The rink skipped by Cabri’s Shaun Meachem finished the round robin 3-3 after losing 7-6 to New Brunswick and 8-7 to British Columbia.

Meachem is joined by third Kelly Schafer, second Chris Haichert, and lead Teejay Haichert.

Saskatchewan made the championship pool in eighth spot overall. They will face Northwest Territories (5-1) and Ontario (4-2) on Thursday.
