The Swift Current Comp. Colts and Ardens wrestling team attended a tournament at Moose Jaw AE Peacock High School on Saturday and had some strong performances in the Elite Division.
Grade 10 Arden Aleah Nickel led the way with a gold medal showing in the Elite Female 60kg division.
Remington Tschetter (59kg), Anders Mitchell (90kg), Emmett Guider (73kg), and Sebastien Marchand (73kg) all placed second in their Elite Male divisions.
Reese Klein added a first-place finish in the Novice Male 65kg category.
The team is now idle until SHSAA Regionals, which will be back in Moose Jaw on March 11. Provincials will be held the following weekend in Warman.
