The Colts next action will be in Estevan on November 13 for the SHSAA Regional playoffs with the top two teams advancing to Provincials in Saskatoon the following weekend.
The Colts will enter the provincial playoffs with a 49-3 match record.
“Our goal from the start of the year has remained the same. Be consistent in what we are doing and make teams have to make good plays to earn points against us. With Covid having taken away last school season we really weren’t sure where we would stand but as the season has progressed our goal has been to earn a medal at provincials,” explained coach Darren Lehmann.
The Colts won bronze in their tournament debut in Prince Albert before winning their last seven tournaments.
“We have put in a lot of time during morning practices working on our fundamentals of passing and serving. Also our setter has worked hard on being able to consistently put balls in the right spots for hitters,” said Darren Lehmann.
