Shaunavon’s Kole Lind is one step closer to making his National Hockey League debut. The Vancouver Canucks announced on Thursday that they have called Lind up to their taxi squad.
Lind had an outstanding start to his American Hockey League season with eight points in as many games. His last game was on March 3 as the Comets had three consecutive games postponed by COVID-19.

The Canucks have already had four games postponed due to COVID-19 protocols, but are currently scheduled to return to the ice on April 8 against the Calgary Flames.
The Canucks were previously without two players due to COVID protocols, but is has since been reported that the list has grown to eight players and one coach.
