The Swift Current Midget AA Wildcats earned a single point during a weekend road trip against North Division teams.
Saturday, the Wildcats lost 4-0 to the host North East Aces. Sydney Martin stopped all 28 shots she faced for the shutout.
Sunday, the Wildcats tied the host Warman Wildcats 2-2 when all four goals when scored in the first period.
Jenna Olfert scored with an assist from Myra Halderman and Breanna Tourigny with assists from Olfert and Jenna Lacher. Aurora Van Wormer earned the tie as each team fired 24 shots on goal.
The Wildcats finished the weekend in third spot in the South Division with a 7-4-2-0 record.
The Wildcats are at home this weekend for a pair of league games. They host the Notre Dame Hounds on Friday at 8 p.m. at Fairview West Arena. The Wildcats will also host the North East Aces on Sunday at 12:15 p.m.
