After a weekend off the Swift Current Comp. Senior Ardens won silver at the Greenall Invitational Volleyball Tournament.
The girls started the weekend off on Friday by winning all three matches. They played Estevan (25-23, 25-19), Greenall Sr. B (28-26, 25-13) and Regina Miller (25-19, 25-4).
On Saturday, they played Yorkton Regional in the quarter-final, winning 25-8 and 25-15.
For the second time in as many days they faced off against Estevan in the semi-final and won 25-19 and 25-17.
Facing a familiar opponent in the final, the Ardens lost 19-25 and 23-25 to the host Greenall Griffins Sr. A.
The Senior Ardens are in Estevan for Regionals next weekend looking to place top three to advance to Provincials in Weyburn on Nov. 15-16.
