Swift Current Diamond Energy Wildcats centre Sara Kendall has committed to play for the University of Saskatchewan Huskies women’s hockey team next season.
The Huskies announced the signing of the Ponteix native on Friday morning. The 5’7’’ forward had a breakout season in 2018-19 with 19 goals and 13 assists in 26 regular season games. She added five goals and one assist in seven playoff games.
Kendall had posted 16 points in 26 games the previous season.
