The Swift Current Abbey Resources Broncos fell behind but scored five unanswered goals in a 5-1 win over the host Moose Jaw Warriors Thursday. Matthew Christianson scored a natural hat trick during a four-point outing to lead the Broncos.
The Broncos improved to 20-9-4-2 to sit fourth in the 13-team South Saskatchewan Midget AA Hockey League.
Ryland Hornung added a goal and two assists, while Colt Kornfeld also scored. Quinn Patenaude assisted on two goals, while Nathan McInnis, Beau Larson, and Levi Lamotte all added single helpers. Brad Nyen picked up the win in goal.
The Abbey Resources Broncos will conclude the regular season on Saturday when they visit the Notre Dame Hounds.
