Swift Current’s Dior Stringer and Lafleche’s Raela Packet both represented Saskatchewan at the 2025 U18 Women’s National Championship in Mount Pearl and Conception Bay South, NL.
Swift Current U18 AAA Wildcats’ defenseman Charlize Hilmer (Assiniboia) also skated for Saskatchewan at Nationals.
Saskatchewan lost it’s opening game 4-1 to Ontario Blue on Nov. 2. They lost 5-3 to Manitoba the following day.
Tuesday, Saskatchewan lost 7-0 to Ontario Red. Saskatchewan took on Quebec and lost 3-0 in the quarter-final on Thursday.
Friday, Saskatchewan lost 3-2 in overtime to Alberta to wrap up their tournament.
