Arden of the Week
Grade 9 fullback Samantha Schmidt has quickly entrenched herself as the team’s stopper this season. Schmidt has already played four positions in five matches with fearlessness and an unwavering commitment to defending for the young Ardens. She helped the Ardens soccer team post three straight clean sheets and also scored a game-winning goal on a free kick as the Ardens won their home tournament this past weekend.
Colt of the Week
Shepherd Munzara is the Colt of the Week! The Colts won 12-2 against PA Carleton Crusaders on Friday, September 12 with Shepherd Munzara scoring four goals. On Saturday, Shepherd added two goals in a 8-0 win over the Weyburn Eagles. Shepherd brings a skilled game to the field and is an uplifting force for teammates. His confidence is felt by all present and he makes soccer very exciting to watch.
