Moen invited to National Under-17 Camp

Carter Moen will be on the ice this weekend with Canada’s top hockey players in his age group after being invited to Canada’s National Under-17 Development Camp.

The 79-player camp, including 26 from the Western Hockey League, will begin on Saturday in Oakville, Ont. The five-day event is an evaluation event in advance of the 2025 Under-17 World Challenge, scheduled for October 31 – November 8 in Truro, N.S.

The 5’11’’ forward from Swift Current registered 17 goals and 30 assists in 38 games with the Swift Current Home Hardware U18 AAA Legionnaires last season. He added seven goals and one assist in 10 playoff outings. The first round pick of the Swift Current Broncos also appeared in two Western Hockey League regular season games and two playoff games with the Broncos last season.
