The Steve Laycock rink, curling out of Swift Current, remain unbeaten at the 2025 SaskTel Tankard Mens Championship in Kindersley.
Featuring Swift Current’s Chris Haichert and Cabri’s Shaun Meachem, the Laycock foursome opened day two with a 9-5 win over Langenberg’s Charley Thomas. They added a 9-6 win over Saskatoon’s Jason Jacobson.
They had opened the event with a 10-2 win over Martensville’s Logan Ede and a 10-4 win over Saskatoon’s Dustin Kalthoff on Tuesday.
Laycock will continue the round robin on Thursday against Saskatoon’s Rylan Kleiter and Martinsville’s Dylan Derksen.
