The Swift Current Comp. Senior Ardens won their fourth straight tournament in Regina over the weekend.
The Ardens suffered some rare losses during the championship pool, but recovered to defeat Yorkton in the semi-final (22-25, 25-23, 15-12) and then Regina Campbell (23-25, 25-21, 15-19) in the gold medal match.
They had placed first on the round robin with wins over Dauphin, Regina Miller, and Regina Winston Knoll.
The Ardens then placed third in the championship pool with a win over North Battleford (25-12, 25-22), losses to Yorkton (25-22, 19-25) and Warman (19-25, 22-25), and then a win over Campbell (25-22, 25-20).
