A trio of SunDogs Volleyball Club teams were in action over the weekend.
The Southwest Sports Excellence 16UM SunDogs won the Golden Ticket Tournament in Moose Jaw. They defeated Golden Ticket Gold in the semi-final (25-19, 27-25) and Rusell, MB in the final (25-23, 25-23). They will attend Sask Cup 1 in Regina on Jan. 16-18.
The 15UW Elite SunDogs finished second out of 10 teams at QCVC in Regina. They defeated all of their opponents except for losses to Stealth, who they lost to in the final. They will attend Sask Cup 1 in Regina on Jan. 23-25.
The 13UW SunDogs placed fifth out of 14 teams at the P.A. Topper Volleyfest. They will participate in Sask Cup 1 in Regina on Jan. 31 – Feb. 1.
