The Swift Current Comp. Junior Colts Red basketball team finished with a 2-2 record at the Prince Albert Charity of Choice tournament over the weekend.
The Junior Colts won their opening game 69-43 over the host Carlton Crusaders Sr. B team. Jack Thompson led the Colts with 18 points, followed by eight from Enzo dela Cruz.
The Colts lost their second game 80-67 to the Prince Albert St. Mary Marauders. dela Cruz scored 13 points, while AJ Peters added 12.
The Colts lost their next game 76-61 to the Carlton Crusaders Jr. team. Gradyn Jackson scored 17 points, while Zeus Navales added eight points.
The Junior Colts went out on a winning note with a 76-63 victory over the Moose Jaw AE Peacock Toilers. Jackson scored 13 points, followed by 12 from Santiago Meija Casillo.
The Junior Colts Red will head to Saskatoon for the Aden Bowman Jr. Classic next weekend.
