Lowry signs extension with Jets

Former Swift Current Broncos captain Adam Lowry signed a five-year contract extension to stay with the Winnipeg Jets. 

The Jets captain signed the extension with an average annual value of $5,000,000 per season beginning in 2026-27. 

Lowry, 32, has 276 points and 420 penalty minutes in 782 National Hockey League games during his 12 seasons with the Jets. He also has 24 points in 62 postseason games.
