The Swift Current Federal Innovation Credit Union Wildcats earned a 9-0 victory over the host Notre Dame Hounds on Saturday.
The Wildcats scored five goals in the first period and finished three-for-five on the power play overall. Emilee Klapak earned the shutout with 26 saves.
Jalaa Moore Jagow compiled one goal and three assists, while Laynee Rondeau finished with one goal and two assists. Madden Rublee scored twice, Hayden Hilbig and Stevie Christiaens added a goal and an assist each, and Rowyn Baptist added two assists.
Olivia Ferguson, Reese Kampen, and Ella Schenher also scored. Emily McCleary and Piper Arntsen added assists.
The Wildcats improved to 4-4-0-0 in the Saskatchewan Female U18 AAA Hockey League, while the Hounds fell to 0-8-0-0.
