Blake Rempel recently received two awards at the Judo Sask annual awards banquet. The Swift Current Judo Club athlete was named the Most Improved Male Athlete and was runner up for U16 Male Athlete of the Year. Rempel will be attending an interprovincial camp in Vernon at the end of the month. He will also attend the Ontario Open in October and the Quebec Open and the International Canada Cup in Montreal in November.
