The Swift Current Comp. Colts senior boys volleyball team won silver at the 24-team University of Saskatchewan Huskies Tournament this past weekend.
The Colts earned a bye into the quarter-final after topping their pool with wins over Saskatoon Holy Cross, Humboldt, and Prince Albert St. Mary.
They defeated Meadow Lake in three sets and added a semi-final win over Saskatoon Aden Bowman in three sets.
The Colts dropped their championship match in three sets (23-25, 25-20, 15-17) to Lloydminster Comp. to claim silver.
Next action for the Colts will be Sept. 19-20 in Meadow Lake.
