The Swift Current Broncos added to their forward ranks with a July trade.
They acquired forward 6’1’’ Remy Hlady from the Everett Silvertips in exchange for a conditional eighth-round pick in the 2027 WHL Prospects Draft.
The 2007-born forward had 20 goals and 30 assists in 56 games with the Selkirk Steelers in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League last season.
He previously played for the Eastman Selects and the RINK Hockey Academy during his minor hockey days. He was an eighth round pick in the 2022 draft and is committed to the University of Alaska-Anchorage.
