The Swift Current 16U Girls Black Junior SunDogs placed sixth out of 30 teams at Sask Cup #2 in Lloydminster.
They finished with a 2-2 record on the opening day with wins over Wakaw (25-21, 25-23) and Saskatoon JCVC Wave (25-15, 26-24) and losses to Regina QCVC Royal Purple (20-25, 25-23, 15-17) and Saskatoon HVC Premier (9-25, 19-25).
The 16U Black Junior SunDogs lost to Saskatoon HVC Elite (17-25, 22-25), defeated the Battleford Heat (24-26, 25-21, 15-10), and lost to the Weyburn Rush (19-25, 15-25) on day two of the tournament.
