Swift Current’s Scott Joseph continued an impressive rookie campaign with two gold medals at the Windsor Team Challenge on Sunday.
The University of Regina Cougars rookie won the Long Jump with a 7.03-metre effort to finish ahead of Guelph’s Owen Hebb (6.91m).
He added gold in the Triple Jump with a 14.21-metre top jump to finish well ahead of second-place Owen McNeill of Windsor (13.90m).
The Cougars placed fourth out of 16 mens teams at the event.
The Cougars will be in Saskatoon for the Canada West Championships on Feb. 21-22.
