Bantam AA Wildcats split with Sharks

The Swift Current Graphic Edge Bantam AA Wildcats split a two-game home stand with the Northwest Sharks over the weekend.

Saturday, the Wildcats doubled up the Sharks 4-2, led by two goals from Sadie Keller. Jerzey Watteyne and Brogan Carlson also scored. Julliane Giradin, Calla Kampen, Mardi Wagner, and Olivia Kirwan all added assists. Brooke Archer earned the win with 29 saves.

Sunday, the Wildcats lost 3-2 to the Sharks. Keller and Kalei Johnston scored. Tess Bakus assisted on both goals, while Giradin added an assist. Rilyn Roadhouse took the loss with 30 saves.

The Wildcats finished the weekend with a 14-4-4 record in the Saskatchewan Female Bantam AA Hockey League.

The Bantam Wildcats will return to action on Feb. 8-9 when they visit the Saskatoon Comet Impact.
