Team Saskatchewan got back into the win column at the Canada Cup in Regina on Saturday with a 5-4 victory over Ontario to finish the round robin with a 2-4 record.
Swift Current’s Ethan Murdoch singled home Saskatchewan’s opening run and then scored on an error during a three-run sixth inning.
Saskatchewan will face either Ontario or Manitoba at 2:30 p.m. in the fifth-place game.
