Saskatchewan slips past Nova Scotia at Canada Winter Games

Saskatchewan’s women’s hockey team defeated Nova Scotia 2-1 for their second win of the tournament at the Canada Winter Games on Friday.

One day after losing the quarter-final to Ontario, Saskatchewan rebounded when Saskatoon’s Grace Shirley scored both goals.

Saskatchewan will play for fifth place on Saturday afternoon.
