The Swift Current Abbey Resources Broncos won their 14th consecutive game with a 5-0 victory over the host Notre Dame Hounds in Wilcox on Thursday.
The Broncos scored twice on the power play and killed off four shorthanded situations. Justin Dueck made 21 saves in his second shutout of the season to lower his goals against average to 1.43.
Levi Brewer paced the attack with a goal and two assists, while Ryland Hornung added a goal and an assist. Beau Larson, Levi Lamotte, and Cash Arntsen also scored. Nathan McInnis, John Priela, Davis Hunter and Brock Oberle all added assists.
The Broncos improved to 14-0-0-0, while the Hounds fell to 5-6-1-2 in the Saskatchewan Midget AA Hockey League.
The Broncos are on the road Saturday to visit the Regina Vics and the host the Notre Dame Argos on Sunday at 3:15 p.m. at Fairview West Arena.
