The Swift Current 14U Yellow Female Junior SunDogs volleyball team won their first five matches to win silver in Division Three Tier One at Provincials over the weekend.
The SunDogs won their round robin group with a 3-0 record with victories over the QCVC Grapes of Wrath (25-4, 25-21), Warman VC Fusion (25-18, 7-25, 15-11), and the Yellow Grass Blue Devils (25-7, 25-8). The SunDogs concluded the day with a crossover win over the QCVC Intensity (25-7, 25-20).
They advanced with a semi-final win over Watrous VC (25-18, 27-25) before losing to Loreburn VC (24-26, 19-25) in the championship match.
