The Swift Current Bantam A Broncos held on to advance past the second round of the SHA provincial playoffs Thursday.
The Broncos had won game one 7-4 on the road but lost game two 2-1 at home. The visiting Prairie Storm were within one goal with a 2-0 lead and pulled their goaltender, but Kole Giesbrecht scored into an empty net to clinch the series victory.
The Bantam A Broncos will now face either Yorkton or Weyburn in the provincial semi-final series. Yorkton had won game one 7-2.
