A shorthanded Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires team fell 3-1 to the league leading Notre Dame Hounds Tuesday.
The Hounds got goals from Cole Stevenson, Brad Morrissey, and Nolan Renwick as they improved to 36-1-0-2.
Mason Strutt replied for the Legionnaires, who fell to 24-12-0-4. Rin Beny picked up the lone assist. Cody Levesque took the loss with 28 saves on 31 shots.
The Legionnaires will play their final four regular season games on the road, beginning Saturday when they visit the Beardys Blackhawks.
