The Swift Current Southwest Terminal Peewee Broncos edged the Melville Millionaires 6-4 on Sunday in Balcarres as a part of Sunday’s Hockey Day in Saskatchewan festivities.
Brayden Sumner netted a hat trick, Connor Choo-Foo added two goals and one assist, and Jace Bymoen totaled four assists in the win.
Madden Wallis also scored, while Nolan Stevenson, Carter Herman, and Rylan Williams all added assists.
The Broncos improved to 11-7-2 in the South Saskatchewan Peewee AA Hockey League. Their next league action will Feb. 3-4 in Weyburn.
