The Swift Current Comp. Ardens will open their 2017 season with two home games against the Weyburn Eagles on Saturday.
The eight-time defending Moose Jaw High School Girl’s Soccer League champions return 15 players from last season’s 3A SHSAA bronze medal team, including seven grade 12’s. The Ardens lost six starting players from last season, but hope that returning players and four rookies will be able to fill important roles.
The Ardens and Eagles will kick-off at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. at Irwin School Field.
