The Swift Current Southwest Terminal Broncos have advanced to the provincial championship series.
The U13 AA Broncos defeated the host Yorkton Terriers 6-2 on Friday to sweep the best-of-three South Final. Simon Ailsby made 16 saves in the win. Dylan Bye and Dallin Mitchell both scored twice for the Broncos, while Damon James and Luke Mitchell also scored. Kyan Vansandt, Ty Gleim, Ryden Getz, and Maddex Floberg all added assists.
The Broncos will face the Warman Wildcats in the championship series. Swift Current topped the South Division with a 20-2-2 record in the regular season. Warman led the North Division with an 18-4-2 record.
