Skaters compete at Queen City Skate

Skaters from the Swift Current Skating Club attended the Queen City Skate Regional Competition January 20-21 in Regina.

Kate Ogilvy won gold for her Star 7 Artistic Program, silver for Star 4 Elements, and she placed fourth for her Star 4 Freeskate program.

Tazmyn Banadyga earned a silver for Star 3 Elements and Star 3 Freeskate, and she placed fifth in Star 5 Artistic.

Kaitlyn Krieser earned a silver for Star 2 Elements and a bronze for Star 2 Freeskate.

Bronwyn Baan earned a silver for Star 2 Elements and a silver for Star 2 Freeskate.

Leah Thompson earned a silver for Star 2 Elements and a bronze for Star 2 Freeskate.

The SCSC skaters are looking forward to their next competition in Assiniboia this February.
