Swift Current’s Kelly Schafer curled at the 2023-24 Viterra Scotties Provincial Championship in Tisdale this week.
Schafer played third on the Robyn Silvernagle rink out of the Twin Rivers Curling Club in North Battleford. They placed fourth in Pool B with a 3-2 record.
They lost their opening game on Wednesday 9-3 to Saskatoon’s Jessica Mitchell.
The Silvernagle rink rebounded with a 7-5 win over Regina’s Jana Tisdale but then lost 11-5 to Regina’s Michelle Englot.
They opened Friday’s action with a 10-5 win over Saskatoon’s Skylar Ackerman. They wrapped up the round robin with a 5-2 win over Balgonie’s Mandy Selzer.
