The Swift Current Comp. Senior Colts won Mount Royal’s Mustang Volley for a second straight year over the weekend in Saskatoon.
The Colts went 2-1 in their pool with wins over Regina Campbell, Regina Martin, and a loss to Holy Cross to end up second in pool C.
After being re-pooled in the power pool, the Colts ended up in fourth place, splitting with Saskatoon Christian and wins over Lloydminster Holy Rosary, Saskatoon St. Joseph, and a loss to Regina Winston Knoll.
In the semi-final, the Colts defeated Saskatoon Christian (25-22, 25-22). In the final, the Colts faced off against Regina Winston Knoll and came out on top 25-23 and 25-20.
The Colts will be in action again Oct. 27 in Regina.
