Dogs and their owners had a fun time at the Fairview Pool in Swift Current during the annual Pooch Plunge, Sept. 4.

It was an opportunity for four-legged family members to take a dip in the pool during the end-of-season dog swim.

The event was organized by the City of Swift Current Community Services in partnership with the Swift Current SPCA.

All proceeds from the $5 per dog entry fee were donated to the animal shelter. This year’s Pooch Plunge raised a total of $75 for the local SPCA.
