The Swift Current Broncos made a pair of moves on Thursday.
They released import defenseman Rayan Bettahar. The German defenseman had one assist in 14 games this season after registering 15 points in 63 games last season.
The Broncos also traded forward Ty Hurley to the Seattle Thunderbirds for fifth-round draft picks in 2023 and 2025. Hurley had four points in 47 games with the Broncos.
The Broncos have 24 players on the roster after the moves.
