Swift Current’s Ethan Murdoch homered in his first regular season college baseball game.
The rookie hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning of the McCook Community College Indians 8-6 win over Garden City Community College on Feb. 8 in Kansas.
Murdoch also walked twice and scored twice.
Murdoch and MCC will visit Frank Phillips College on Friday in Borger, Texas.
